Whether or not our changes were successful for the customer’s experience is yet to be seen.

It will take time for Brittany to build up an inventory of ready to ship items and add them to her site. Once she has a decent inventory present in her shop, we have plans to send out a second survey to see her customer’s response to the new shop setup.

One thing is for sure, this new model has definitely made things easier for Brittany! She now has more control over when she will accept custom orders. Prior to the redesign, she would have to go in and delete all her menu items and pattern collections and upload entire new ones each season. Her new setup makes it easy for her to categorize new merchandise and keep the organization of her store consistent throughout the year.
